MACH NEXUS

Communication system to operators and machines.

Mach Nexus integrates WiFi, 900MHz Radio, and a LTE telematics gateway with a powerful ECU into a single rugged design. Developed for off-road agricultural, construction and industrial machines, it provides onboard processing and secure connectivity for applications in a wide range of scenarios, such as tractors, ISOBus implements, loaders, skid steers and more.

Equipped with a cloud-based management platform, it offers over-the-air (OTA) updates and security, as well as in-field, online or offline, machine-to-machine mesh networking and monitoring for autonomous control, logistics, asset tracking.

Mach Perception

Mach Perception provides a rugged, high-performance stereo vision platform capable of running proprietary Mach or client-specific neural networks. Mach’s pre-built functionality includes obstacle detection, row following, and vision-based odometry. With optional radar or lidar sensor fusion, Mach Perception is designed to function efficiently in a wide range of harsh environments, making it ideal for agricultural, construction and industrial applications.

Mach Command serves as the heart of the vehicle’s autonomous capability, providing the central processing and dynamic path planning for agricultural, construction and industrial applications. Hardened to endure challenging vehicle environments, equipped with high computing power, data-handling capabilities and storage capacity. Command delivers a continuous, uninterrupted stream of data and instructions to fulfill job execution while handling people, obstacles and other potential real-time hazards.

MACH OPS

The overall developer and user interface.

Mach Ops is a suite of off-board software infrastructure for automated machinery. It provides Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) flexible user interfaces through Mission Control and scalable cloud infrastructure for users, dealers and OEMS for Ops Cloud.

Ops Cloud is the backend machine, services and user management solution to deploy connected equipment at scale. It incorporates the following functionality.

Mission Control software provides a native and cloud based user interface to set up, manage, plan and monitor autonomous or automated operations. It supports ISOBUS Virtual Terminal, Android, IOS, Windows and browser based operating systems. It can be fully customized by OEMS to match their brand and portfolio of machinery. Mission Control enables the following capabilities:

  • Client-farm-field or Client-site-job data structuring.
  • Machine setup and persistent configurations and equipment pairing.
  • Field/Site Mapping and Setup and importation of GIS files.
  • Job Creation with multi-function path planning.

Mach Radx

RadX, Mach’s patent-pending phased array radar product, employs
an array of individually controlled antenna elements. By adjusting
the phase and amplitude of the signals emitted by each antenna
element, the radar beam’s direction and characteristics can be
precisely controlled.

Key features of RadX include beam steering, improved resolution and accuracy, adaptive beamforming, and a scalable, modular design.
