Mach Ops

Overall interface to machines for a variety of use cases with site management, operation planning, route generation, and fleet monitoring.

LEVEL 1: Sub Systems Automation

With Sub System Automation, an operator is required for programming tasks. The machine manages its systems and provides input and data allowing for better decision making by the operator. By incorporating Mach Nexus and Mach Ops, vehicle and implement OEM’s can enable the foundational technologies required to achieve Level 1 automation.

LEVEL 2: Task Automation

This level of automation allows an operator to provide continuous input and decision making on-the-go and the machine is capable of executing a variety of tasks within the job. Using Mach Nexus integrate through ISO BUS or with Mission Control automatic on the fly optimization is possible for a wide variety of applications like, speed control, visual based steering, or automatic height control in tillage, scraping, mowing or harvesting.

LEVEL 3: Operation Automation

Once a machine is programmed by an operator and enabled with Mach Command it can execute the operation autonomously without input. However, with this level of automation, an on-board operator is required for situational awareness and safety.

LEVEL 4: Site Automation

With Site Automation, the machine will complete an operation with situational awareness provided through technology like Mach Perception but it requires continuous live (on-site or remote) supervision to manage edge cases or unplanned events.

LEVEL 5: Full AUtonomy

By incorporating the full Mach tech stack OEM’s can enable fully autonomous machines which run independent of human supervision. This allowing the operator to focus on value creation elsewhere. The only interaction this level of automation needs is operator response to machine prompts as needed from time to time.
